Competitive Pay: Consistent Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM), 3 days per week Scheduling Flexibility: Exact days are discussed during the interview-no weekend requirement Career Growth: Nursing Tuition Reimbursement - up to $500/month toward further nursing education or repayment of past nursing education Benefits That Care for You: 401(k) with company match Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 🩺 What You'll Do: Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, wound care, dressing changes, packs, and irrigations as necessary Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents Advocate for residents, ensuring that care provided aligns with their care plans and personal wishes Accurately complete required documentation and charting in a timely manner Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support 🎓 Training & Support: We provide personalized training and ongoing support so you feel confident in your role while continuing to develop professionally. ✅ What We're Looking For: Current RN license in good standing Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset Willingness to learn and uphold long-term care regulations and standards ✨ If you're looking for more than just a job-and want to be part of a team where your work truly matters-apply today and continue your nursing journey with us!
