The LPN is responsible for delivering patient care under physician direction, including preparing and assessing patients for visits. They observe, record, and report patient responses to medical care while assisting with procedures and administrative duties.

Candidates must hold an active state LPN licensure or be an applicant, and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. One year of clinical patient care experience is preferred but not required.
