Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Prior experience in labor and delivery, obstetrics, or maternal health preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and as part of a multidisciplinary team Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Minimum two years’ experience in labor and delivery.
