The Physical Therapist is responsible for patient assessment, treatment planning, and the implementation of therapeutic techniques. They provide education and communication to patients and families, working both independently and under supervisory guidance.
This is an On-call, Day shift position.
The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Otherwise, a physical therapist shall work independently without direction supervision.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program and hold a Texas Physical Therapy Assistant License and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Two years of experience in rehabilitation is preferred.
