In Ohio, orthodontic assistant openings are typically tied to ongoing patient care needs in private practices and specialty clinics, so candidates with chairside experience often see consistent interest. These roles can be competitive because employers value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn, while prior dental or medical assisting experience and X-ray certification are preferred but not required when training is provided. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your X-ray status and highlight any assisting or patient-care experience in your application.
