ChildServe is looking for a CNA to join our Medical Childcare team.
Our program offers a specialized environment for children with medical complexities who live at home but need a higher level of care than traditional daycare can provide.
In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, skilled care to children ages 6 weeks to 21 years with complex healthcare needs, while supporting each child’s health, growth, and skill development.

If you love working with kids and want to do meaningful work every day, we’d love to have you join us Schedule PRN 1 to 3 days per week with flexible scheduling Monday-Friday Days, no nights/holidays/weekends, 15-20 hrs/week How You’ll Make an Impact Ensure proper use of safety devices.
Provide g‑tube feedings and administer g‑tube medications.
Perform treatments and tasks according to physician orders and ChildServe policies.
Follow individualized plans of care for each child/young adult.
Complete additional nursing-approved tasks within scope of training.
Assist children/young adults with personal cares, ADLs, and positioning.
Support skill development and retention to promote independence.
Engage in positive, age‑appropriate, therapeutic interactions.
Maintain dignity, respect, privacy, and empathy in all interactions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, coworkers, and stakeholders.
Implement nursing, therapy, and behavior support plans within scope.
Conduct baselines and follow support plans, procedures, and Individual Care Plans.
Assist with planning and implementing daily schedules and activities.
What You’ll Need Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
Active BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the clinic areas, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
Ability to communicate effectively in (or through) reading, writing and speaking the English language.
