This job is for an overnight CNA schedule (10pm-6:30am), working every other weekend.
Add a Shift Differential of $4 for this overnight shift to your base pay!!
Base Pay starts at $21
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. Measure and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff promptly. Provide emotional support and communicate effectively with patients and their families. Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas, following infection control standards. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care. Adhere strictly to healthcare policies and regulations to promote patient safety. Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Prior CNA experience preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work under pressure. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care. Understanding of infection control practices and safety protocols.
