The Opportunity In this full-time, on-site role, the Medical Assistant provides both clinical support and care coordination.
Reporting to the Director of Medical Services, you will assist with medical tasks while managing clients' care plans, referrals, and treatment continuity.
Your dual role helps ensure a seamless, holistic approach to each client's recovery journey.

What You Bring Required: Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program Current CMA or RMA certification Proficiency in administering injections and performing phlebotomy within Montana's scope of practice Experience with electronic medical record systems (Kipu experience a plus, not required) Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to engage with clients in recovery with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality Capacity to coordinate care across medical, behavioral health, and social service systems Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Full-time, on-site availability in Billings, MT
