As a Wellness Coach, you will play an important role in creating a safe, recovery-focused environment while building positive relationships with residents and empowering them to thrive in their communities.
Working under the direction of the Assistant Director, the Wellness Coach utilizes Psychiatric Rehabilitation principles to support recovery, wellness, and community integration.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services-related field.
Valid driver's license.
Commitment to recovery-oriented and person-centered care.
Preferred skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Experience supporting individuals with behavioral health or mental health needs.
Ability to remain flexible, compassionate, and professional in a residential setting.
Physical requirements
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements as needed.
Comfortable working in a variety of environmental conditions.
