Provide compassionate day-to-day support for individuals recovering from substance use and mental health challenges in a structured environment. Responsibilities include monitoring client behavior, assisting with intake, providing transportation, and supporting therapeutic groups.
We’re looking for dedicated and dependable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our team and provide compassionate, day-to-day support for individuals working through substance use, mental health, or co-occurring challenges.
As a BHT, you’ll play a vital role in each client’s recovery journey by helping maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment. BHTs monitor client behavior, assist with transportation, support therapeutic groups, and respond to client needs as they arise. You’ll work under the supervision of the Director of Operations and Operations Supervisors, collaborating closely with clinical and medical teams to ensure clients are supported every step of the way.
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and deeply meaningful. If you’re someone who shows up with patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping others grow, you’ll be a strong fit for our team.
