About the role

Compensation

$25–$30 per patient seen Green Health Docs is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensed in Washington to join our growing team. This is a hybrid contract position serving our Seattle and Tacoma clinics. Initial patient evaluations will be conducted in person, while follow-up appointments will be completed via telehealth, providing flexibility while maintaining high-quality patient care. Green Health Docs is one of the nation's leading medical cannabis evaluation providers, having helped more than 100,000 patients access alternative treatment options across the United States.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive in-person evaluations for patients seeking certification for the Washington Medical Cannabis Program. Complete telehealth follow-up appointments for established patients. Educate patients on medical cannabis and answer questions regarding treatment. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EMR system. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while following all Washington State regulations.

Qualifications

Active Washington ARNP or Physician Assistant (PA) license. Active DEA registration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR). Training will be provided. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
