PRN. After training, staff will be able to create their own schedule by picking up open shifts.

Mental Health Workers support individuals with mental and behavioral health diagnoses by promoting safety, stability, and personal growth in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) setting. They assist with daily living activities, follow treatment plans, and help create a supportive, recovery-focused environment.
