The High Access Volunteer gains hands-on experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to support mental health services while building clinical skills through supervision and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Provide supervised outpatient mental health services in a multidisciplinary clinic setting.
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-informed practices aligned with training.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team meetings.
Collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and external providers to ensure coordinated care.
Uphold ethical standards and demonstrate cultural responsiveness in all clinical interactions.
