Perform home visits to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties. Develop and revise individualized treatment plans while educating patients and families on rehabilitative care.

Must hold a current Maryland license as a Speech Language Pathologist and a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA or be eligible for certification. Proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
