Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide safe, high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional nursing care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Admit, transfer, and discharge patients according to facility protocols.
  • Monitor, record, and report patient vital signs and changes in condition.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for adverse reactions.
  • Perform wound care and collect blood and urine specimens as required.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and organized patient documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
  • Restock medical supplies, medications, and equipment as needed.
  • Follow all facility policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
  • Active LPN license in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 6 months of LPN experience.
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or support up to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Annual physical, TB test, background check, and COVID-19 vaccination may be required based on facility guidelines.
