🔹 Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth. 🔹 Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care. 🔹 Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change. 🔹 Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies. 🔹 Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system. 🔹 Participate in case management and team meetings as needed. 🔹 Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.
✔ Independently licensed Clinician (LCSW) in New York ✔ An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance ✔ Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload ✔ Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability ✔ Skilled in time management and documentation ✔ Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus!
