Salary Range

$80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation in Royse City is looking to add a orthopedic Physical Therapist to our growing team of 6 full time therapists. This position will start out as a full time float position between neighboring clinics transitioning to full time in one location as needed. There is a Quarterly Bonus associated with this float role.

Responsibilities

Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations. #BSWIR-Outpatient Additional Data Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans #BSWIR-Outpatient
