$30/hr for Phlebotomists, CMAs, and Paramedics; $35/hr for LPNs Put Your Spanish and Phlebotomy Skills to Work We are seeking an experienced bilingual healthcare professional to support four scheduled employee wellness clinic dates in Fort Wayne. This is an excellent supplemental opportunity for a Spanish-speaking Phlebotomist, Certified Medical Assistant, Paramedic, or LPN who is confident performing blood draws and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable throughout the screening process. The clinic will take place inside a professional corporate industrial workplace and will serve employees participating in a preventive wellness program. What You Will Do Perform accurate venipuncture and specimen collection. Communicate with patients in both Spanish and English. Review basic health information and document services in the electronic health record. Help patients understand the screening process and their next steps. Assist with clinic setup, patient flow, and end-of-day breakdown. Maintain an organized, respectful, and professional patient experience. Follow infection-control, privacy, and specimen-handling procedures.
