Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to work with the people we support as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). We are hiring for residential DSP positions in the West Point area! $500 HIRING BONUS!
Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they have a meaningful life. As a DSP you will assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in a home environment and in community settings.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible and willing to adapt to change. Know the value of communication. Desire to support people and encourage them to reach goals.

Must be 18 years old. Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Must be able to pass all background checks. Experience not required.
