The Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) provides planned and skilled nursing care for patients in the critical perioperative periods. The Operating Room RN provides assessment, patient surveillance, and timely administration of physician’s orders to prepare patients for procedures. The Operating Room RN provides continuous patient surveillance for early recognition and immediate emergency treatment of medical or surgical complications that may arise in any perioperative patient. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduation certificate from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program, required Current MS state licensure, required ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications, required Experience in perioperative or critical care area, preferred
