Provide comprehensive psychiatric care including assessments, medication management, and psychotherapy for patients in a Trauma Recovery Center. Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain timely documentation in the EHR system.
Scope of Services Provide comprehensive psychiatric care through assessments, evaluations, medication management, and individual psychotherapy Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings (every Wednesday at 9:00 AM, on-site) Complete timely documentation in the program’s designated electronic health record (EHR) system in accordance with grant and regulatory requirements Compensation $210 per hour
Active, unrestricted California Physician and Surgeon License Current DEA registration and ability to prescribe medications in California Experience providing trauma-informed care preferred Professional liability insurance required
This is an independent contractor position. The contractor maintains discretion and independent clinical judgment in the provision of psychiatric services, consistent with applicable laws and ethical standards. Services must be delivered in compliance with Trauma Recovery Center program requirements, grant guidelines, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Must hold an active, unrestricted California Physician and Surgeon License and current DEA registration. Professional liability insurance is required, and experience in trauma-informed care is preferred.
