Provide psychotherapy, behavior modification, and ABA services to children aged 3-14 and other age groups in the Las Vegas community. Perform individual and family therapy while maintaining timely clinical documentation and collaborating within a multifaceted practice.
Beyond Expectation, a multifaceted mental health practice, provides a combination of psychiatric and psychological services in the Las Vegas valley. We are seeking independently licensed psychological practitioners; either as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Psychologist to provide psychotherapy, Behavior Modification and ABA services to our youngest clients (3-14 years) for our Las Vegas community in a non-discriminatory and culturally competent manner.
Able to see children, adolescents, and adults (children 3 years and older) Perform individual therapy and family therapy, within the scope of practice Timely documentation of session notes Comfortable using technology to complete clinical documentation and communicate within the practice Credentialing expenses are covered Our recent expansion is a great opportunity to help in the development and growth of our organizational programs which include, but are not limited to:

Must be licensed to practice independently; either as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. PCIT Certified

Excellent written and oral communication skills (writing sample will be required). Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse group of clients, staff, and community members. Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills. Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Leadership and Conflict Management skills. Demonstration of personal and financial integrity in the workplace. Ability to work independently and within a team. Parent Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT) Trained a plus Play Therapist a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus ABA Therapy Experience a plus
Salary is based on licensure and a full-time case load. $93,600.00 to $125,000.00 plus
Must be independently licensed as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist. PCIT certification and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly preferred.
