This role, also, performs documentation and quality improvement activities, as outlined in departmental policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, treatment and related follow-up services including discharge planning.
Document patient assessments and pertinent information in a timely manner.
Develop a treatment plan with measurable goals based on patient assessment.
Provide occupational therapy, including selection and use of adaptive equipment.
Collaborate with patient and other healthcare personnel or outside agencies regarding coordination of care.
