Provide clinical expertise and leadership within a residential treatment team to support adults with mental health and substance use needs. Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic assessments and offering one-on-one supportive counseling and behavioral management.
Treatment Professional I (Unlicensed Clinical Trainee): Two years of full-time experience working with people with serious and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorders Treatment Professional II (Licensed Mental Health Professional): Doctoral degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience in providing services to individuals with co-occurring disorders (MH/CD). Current certification in specialized area (EMDR, DBT, Trauma, Narrative Therapy, or Neuropsychology) Current and valid evidence of being a Minnesota Board Approved Supervisor for one or more of the professional boards.
