Requirements: Qualifications and education requirements:

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field Active License in the state of Arizona Independently Licensed clinician (required) (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Clinical Supervision Authorization (preferred) Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (preferred) Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Bilingual (stipend) Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform Experience with electronic health records (EHR) - Advanced MD preferred Strong organizational skills and communication skills Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models *Qualifying licensing would include: (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
