Under the direction of the RN Nursing Supervisor, Unit Manager, ADON or ADON -- Unit, or DON, the International Registered Nurse -- RN will participate in a structured orientation and training program with no direct patient care until all licensing requirements are met. During the orientation period, the International RN will participate in job shadowing, along with the completion of any online training and compliance modules as required. *View implementing and managing patient care *Watch care planning *Observe how to delegate care responsibilities to staff *Watch staff supervision to ensure that delegated tasks and interventions are implemented appropriately and per policy *Observe how to evaluate and adjust the plan of care to achieve patient goals and minimize re-hospitalizations.
*Graduate of an approved school of nursing is required. *Must be currently licensed by a U.S State Board of Nursing or must have applied for license endorsement with their assigned state and awaiting approval. *Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs. *Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification
