As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll partner with the Director of Nursing to provide high-quality medical care and oversight for individuals receiving residential services. You'll travel between homes to assess health needs, manage medications, coordinate medical care, educate staff, and support individuals with complex medical needs. Key Responsibilities Assess and monitor the health of individuals served Administer medications, vaccinations, and physician-ordered treatments Coordinate medical, psychiatric, dental, and specialty care Provide staff training on medication administration, infection prevention, and medical equipment Respond to and triage medical concerns Complete medication, EMAR, EHR, and medication room audits Support care planning and maintain compliance with state and company standards Assist with policy updates, infection control initiatives, and other nursing responsibilities as needed
Active RN license (2+ years of nursing experience preferred) Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between residential homes Strong communication, clinical assessment, and computer skills Ability to pass required background checks Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is a plus
