This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in a supportive, forward-thinking environment and is committed to whole-person care.

You will provide comprehensive medical services, foster lasting relationships with your patients, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to drive optimal health outcomes.

Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

Functional Medicine Training & Mentorship: Comprehensive onboarding, clinical mentorship, and ongoing training in functional and integrative medicine to support professional growth in OnePeak’s care model Work-Life Balance: No nights or weekends, 4 day work week with flexible schedule Provider-Focused & Strong Clinical Support: Administrative, coding, and billing support provided, with dedicated medical assistant and medical scribe support available Professional Training & Growth: Ongoing functional medicine training, opportunities for career advancement, and support for continuing education Compensation & Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance), 401(k) with 4% company match, up to 4 weeks PTO, and malpractice insurance covered by OnePeak Medical RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain) Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Proficient in using electronic health records (NextGen experience is a plus)

Requirements
