A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care Education: MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work Education Licensure: Current state license as a social worker Experience: 2+ years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively. We’ve worked hard to build a caring culture of integrity, communication, diversity and positive experiences, and we’d love for you to join our team. *Pay is determined by years of experience and location.
Candidates must hold an MSW from an accredited school and a current state social work license. At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice, and reliable transportation are required.
