We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team.
This role involves providing exceptional patient service, assisting with clinical procedures, and supporting medical administrative tasks within a fast-paced medical environment.

Perform patient intake procedures, including recording vital signs and documenting medical history Assist healthcare providers with dictation of all patient visits Support physicians during examinations and procedures Manage patient flow efficiently within our ambulatory facility Utilize EHR systems to accurately document patient information, ICD coding, and treatment plans Provide patient education on treatment protocols and post-care instructions Support medical administrative functions such as appointment scheduling and insurance documentation Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment adhering to safety protocols Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to the vascular specialty
Certified Medical Assistant credential from an accredited program or a 2 year degree Prior experience in medical assisting is a plus Knowledge of vascular surgical settings is advantageous Proficiency with EHR systems and ICD coding practices Ability to perform clinical tasks such as vital signs collection, medication administration and basic life support (BLS) certification required Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient care standards Excellent patient service skills with compassionate communication abilities Ability to work effectively in outpatient environments with diverse patient populations Interest in non-invasive body sculpting and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is necessary, as all training is provided on site.
