Position Title: Clinical Therapist/Behavioral Health Specialist

Reports to: Program Director

JOB TYPE: Full-Time

Position summary

Provides individual and group counseling to address mental health, trauma, and substance use challenges for program participants.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions (Mental Health and SUD).
  • Collaborate with case managers and medical providers to coordinate care.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support for perinatal mental health issues.
  • Maintain clinical documentation and participate in ongoing training.

Required qualifications

  • Master’s Degree professional (QMHP) in a health-related field, or equivalent.
  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.
  • Experience with perinatal mental health, trauma-informed care, and substance use treatment.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in a health-related field and professional licensure such as LCSW or LPC. Must be a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with experience in perinatal mental health and trauma-informed care.
