About the role

The RN is responsible for performing accurate patient assessments and initiating appropriate nursing interventions. They must maintain timely medical documentation and manage the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

Wilson Medical Center: $20,000 Commitment- Incentive Bonus

Schedule: 3x12+ Days (7a-7p) rotating weekends/rotating holidays

More about our team

Our 22-bed Med Surge unit is split onto two floors with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5/6 is staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Patient Sitters providing care for a variety of patients including those on dialysis, diabetes, heart disease, geriatric patients, and recovering surgical patients.

How you’ll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN), who excels in this role

  • Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
  • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
  • Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
  • Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
  • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

What we’re looking for- a compassionate nurse with an ability to provide expert and compassionate care to a diverse patient population with various medical conditions while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

and requirements Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited program. Additional requirements include:

· BLS and ACLS required

· New grad RNs welcomed, 1 year RN experience preferred

Requirements

Applicants must hold a current state RN license and a nursing degree from an accredited program. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, and while new grads are welcome, one year of experience is preferred.
