The Primary Therapist is responsible for conducting biopsychosocial assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing individualized treatment plans. They facilitate individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Minimum 2 years’ experience providing therapy for individuals with substance use disorders and mental health disorders. Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or ACT. Experience in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning preferred. Strong documentation and communication skills. Education & Licensure Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field is required. Active licensure in Indiana preferred: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent. Clinicians under supervision working toward full licensure will be considered.
