  • Work: 21 Bed unit providing care to Cardiac/Telemetry care patients. Diagnosis includes Cardiac Arrythmias, Congestive Heart Failure, Chest Pain, MI, and Peritoneal Dialysis. Master skills in pharmacology, pathophysiology, laboratory value interpretation and Telemetry. 7 South RNs are ACLS certified within 6 months with ability to respond to all in house Code 4 calls. Supportive learning environment, team approach, patient centric care to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

Requires a nursing degree from an accredited program, a valid state Registered Nurse license, and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. ACLS certification is required within six months of hire, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
