The RN will provide and coordinate comprehensive care for critically ill patients in a 16-bed ICU using the nursing process. Responsibilities include leading efforts to ensure a safe patient environment and optimizing outcomes through evidence-based practice.

Diagnosis includes Sepsis, Stroke, Respiratory conditions, chronic Vent, Acute Kidney Injury, Pulmonary Emboli/Deep Vein Thrombosis, Diabetic Ketoacidosis, Substance Abuse along with many other comorbidities. Master skills in pharmacology, pathophysiology, laboratory value interpretation and in-depth assessments of patients. Supportive learning environment, team approach, patient centric care to optimize patient outcomes. Opportunities for shared governance and committee work at unit and site levels We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Candidates must have at least 1 year of RN experience, this position is not for new grads Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association What You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
