Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
High school graduate or equivalent. Graduate from an accredited school for practical nursing. This position is entry level and requires 0-3 years experience as a practical nurse. Phlebotomy experience preferred. Current LPN state license and registration with the State Board of Practical Nursing in practicing state. Current BCLS certification required within 3 months of hire. Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Candidates must be a high school graduate and have completed an accredited practical nursing program. A current LPN state license and BCLS certification are required, with 0-3 years of experience preferred.
