Hiring Range: $300,000-$350,000 Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule, and job duties Performance incentives Flexible work/life balance Second-largest EMR platform – eClinicalWorks (eCW) Full Medical Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision 401K Retirement Professional allowance Paid time off Signing bonus Relocation allowance Malpractice and tail coverage In this Role: As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive, longitudinal patient-centered care in an outpatient setting while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical examinations Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans with an emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall wellness Order, interpret and follow up on laboratory studies, diagnostic imaging, and other diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and evidence-based treatments consistent with current clinical guidelines Provide comprehensive are for adult and geriatric patients (with the opportunity to include pediatric patients based on training and interest) Coordinate transitions of care, including hospital follow-up and post-discharge management Collaborate with an extensive network of Bayview specialist through a seamless internal referral system ~ 20 patients/day Partner with physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver coordinated, high-quality care Practice Highlights Strong commitment to patient centric value-based care A multidisciplinary team of 300+ physicians and advanced practice providers, including; Cardiology, Pulmonary, Dermatology, Sleep Medicine, OB/GYN, Surgery, and many additional specialties Practice within an established, integrated healthcare network featuring: 75+ outpatient clinics 7 Urgent Cares Advanced Imaging Ambulatory Surgery Center Sleep Lab Center Outpatient Cardiac & Pulmonology testing Exceptional Careers Meet Coastal Living Discover an exceptional quality of life in one of the East Coast's desirable regions A variety of residential options, from vibrant urban neighborhoods to waterfront and suburban communities Affordable cost of living with safe, family- friendly neighborhoods Highly regarded public, private and higher education institutions Culturally diverse, welcoming communities with a rich cultural and arts scene Year-round recreational opportunities, including beaches, boating, parks, golf, and outdoor activities Convenient access to domestic and international travel through a user-friendly internal airport
