Bayview Physicians Group is a progressive, independent, multi-specialty, physician-led group serving the Hampton Roads. We are currently seeking a Board-Certified/Board Eligible Podiatric Foot & Ankle Surgeon to join our collaborative Atlantic Foot & Ankle team.

Hiring Range: $180,000-$250,000 Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule, and job duties Performance incentives Flexible work/life balance Second-largest EMR platform – eClinicalWorks (eCW) Full Medical Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision 401K Retirement Professional allowance Paid time off Signing bonus Relocation allowance Malpractice and tail coverage In this Role: Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of foot and ankle conditions in outpatient and/or surgical settings. Perform patient histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Diagnose and manage conditions including diabetic foot complications, wounds, infections, fractures, sports injuries, biomechanical disorders, and other podiatric conditions. Perform in-office procedures and surgical interventions as appropriate, including wound care, nail and skin procedures, injections, and other podiatric treatments. Evaluate and treat patients with complex foot and ankle disorders while providing evidence-based, patient-centered care. Utilize diagnostic tools and advanced treatment techniques to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
