Hiring Range: $115,000-$145,000 Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule, and job duties Performance incentives Flexible work/life balance Second-largest EMR platform – eClinicalWorks (eCW) Full Medical Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision 401K Retirement Professional allowance Paid time off Signing Bonus Malpractice and tail coverage In this Role: As a Primary Care Advance Practice Provider, you will provide comprehensive, longitudinal patient-centered care in an outpatient setting while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations Diagnose and manage common acute illness and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and other common primary care conditions Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and treatments consistent with current clinical guidelines Provide age-appropriate care, including adult and geriatric care (and pediatrics, if capable) Coordinate in transitions of care, including hospital follow-ups and post discharge management Collaborate with Bayview specialists through an integrated internal referral network ~ 18-20 patients/day Work and collaborate with other Physicians and APPs within the practice Practice Highlights Strong commitment to patient centric value-based care A multidisciplinary team of 300+ physicians and advanced practice providers, including; Cardiology, Pulmonary, Dermatology, Sleep Medicine, OB/GYN, Surgery, and many additional specialties Practice within an established, integrated healthcare network featuring: 75+ outpatient clinics 7 Urgent Cares Advanced Imaging Ambulatory Surgery Center Sleep Lab Center Outpatient Cardiac & Pulmonology testing Exceptional Careers Meet Coastal Living
