Provide comprehensive primary care services within an outpatient FQHC clinic. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including mid-levels, case managers, and pharmacists to manage patient health.
We are currently seeking a full-time family medicine physician for our outpatient FQHC clinic in White Cloud, Michigan.

Graduation from an accredited school of Medicine State of Michigan Medical License State of Michigan Controlled Substance License Federal DEA License Board Certified
