Provide professional support and crisis intervention to clients and families via an after-hours crisis line to ensure safety and stabilization. Coordinate with community resources and maintain accurate clinical documentation to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.

Must live near or in Erie county
Ensure that all clients from Spectrum and other Agencies who contract with Spectrum Health & Human Services (SHHS) receive the support and/or services needed when accessing the SHHS after-hours crisis line. Ensure that these clients are safe, and that they have the proper assistance in managing their crisis or emergency. Stabilize the client in the community using natural supports, professional supports, and established crisis plans in order to prevent unnecessary hospital visits.
• Licensed or credentialed staff preferred (LMSW, LMHC, CASAC). Bachelor’s Degree is acceptable provided that the applicant meets the experience requirement below.
• Three (3) years full-time paid experience providing direct services with at-risk children, adolescents, or adults that includes crisis interventions, safety planning and service coordination.
$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr
