Required 1 years’ experience. Required 1 year of Epic charting experience. Medication System: Omnicell Flu Vaccine Required – No Exemptions. Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TN active RN license. Required 1 years’ experience for travelers. Required Float, as needed and per skill set.
Inpatient unit for our stroke and TIA patients. Peritoneal dialysis and continuous bladder irrigation.
Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15).
Weekend
Coverage: Every other but may change based on need. Required Float, as needed.
