Assist Registered Nurses in delivering patient care, including hygiene, transport, and room maintenance. Coordinate unit communications, process electronic orders, and manage patient charts.
As a Patient Care Assistant you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to assist in delivery of patient care including personal hygiene and daily activities transporting patients and equipment, setting up and maintaining patient rooms, and reordering/stocking of supplies. Responsible for coordination of communications and procedures for the nursing unit, process electronic orders and assembling patient’s charts and other necessities.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, or a CNA certification with a diploma in progress. A valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross is mandatory.
