Market context

PRN OR support roles stay competitive

In Ohio, PRN Certified Surgical Technician roles are often competitive because hospitals need flexible OR support from candidates who can step in quickly and work well under pressure. Employers commonly look for BLS certification, a high school diploma, and prefer CST certification plus hospital operating room experience; strong manual dexterity matters in this setting. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your OR experience and certification status before applying.
