Provide hands-on support for residents' activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Maintain safety and dignity while documenting changes in individualized service plans and engaging residents in daily activities.

Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
Promote safety, dignity, and independence
Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED. CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be obtainable.
