Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Float between multiple clinics as needed, including Hermantown Clinic, Lakewalk Clinic, Lakeside Clinic, Proctor Clinic, and the West Duluth Clinic. Maintain patient-centered care and contribute to a culture of staff resilience. Work Environment Team Structure: Work alongside a collaborative team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacists, Nurses, Clinical Assistants, and Integrated Behavioral Health professionals.
Requires current state licensure and national certification as either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Must hold a current CPR certification and successfully complete the Essentia Health credentialing process.
