We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house team of outstanding professionals on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide person-centered care focused on improving residents’ independence, safety, and quality of life through meaningful daily activities and functional outcomes.

Requires an active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy license and good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities and familiarity with Net Health Electronic Documentation are preferred.
