The RN is responsible for the direction, supervision, and coordination of all hospice nursing care within the Inpatient Care Center. This includes overseeing the care provided by CNAs and Unit Secretaries to ensure excellence in nursing practice.

3 shifts a month (1 weekend shift each month, and 2 holidays or hard to staff days each year) PRN Registered Nurse (HICC)
The Inpatient Unit Registered Nurse is responsible for direction, supervision, coordination and evaluation of all aspects of hospice nursing care provided in the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center within basic policies of the Clinical Services Department and overall department goals.
Demonstrates excellence in nursing practice and oversees the hospice care provided by CNAs and Unit Secretaries.
PRN Registered Nurse (HICC) Position Qualifications: RN with current RN licensure in the state of Kentucky.
BSN preferred.
CHPN encouraged.
One year of nursing experience required.
Knowledge of Hospice and or palliative care preferred.
Use of technology-based tools, including electronic medical record, strongly preferred.
