FW Fossil Creek is looking to add a new PT to our team! We’re a fun-loving, positive, and well- established team of 2 PT’s serving the Keller, Fort Worth, Haslet, and Watagua area. Our patient populations include orthopedics, vestibular, worker’s compensation, and sports rehab including Blood Flow Restriction, BlazePods, and dry needling as modalities. Ideal applicant is an adaptable and creative PT with strong manual skills. New grads are encouraged to apply! Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
