Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; your support helps our clients maintain dignity and comfort Assist with Mobility, Transfers, Light Exercise or Walking Prepare and serve meals so clients have tasty and healthy food Medication reminders are crucial to our client’s health – we will train you Provide companionship, engage in fun activities and be the friendly face and joyful presence that makes every day a little brighter Show enthusiasm for helping others, eagerness to learn, and motivation to provide excellent care Maintain a clean and safe environment in clients' homes Occasional Transportation of your client – appointments or errands, we reimburse your miles Demonstrate dedication to our clients and respect for our agency’s close-knit team
Proficiency in English Current CNA or HHA certification required Previous experience in home care or a similar setting, will consider candidates with hospital or Rehab experience Strong communication skills and a caring nature - because a warm, empathetic approach is at the heart of what we do Ability to follow a care plan and provide compassionate, patient-centered care Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to pass background checks because we value trust and integrity in our team
